Here, a customer can leave their review and the restaurant can view it

After placing an order, the customer can leave feedback about their delivery experience - quality, speed, and the restaurant in general.

To do this, they press the "LEAVE YOUR REVIEW" button in the pop-up window that appears after their payment is processed.

In the next window, they can select one to five stars in a five-star quality rating system via "Please rate your experience".

Also, they can further choose to specify what their evaluation is for: "Food", "Service", or "App". Lastly, they could add their comments and attach a photo.

Negative Reviews

If a customer selects 1 to 3 stars, then they're shown: "We're sorry for the inconvenience... We have sent your review to the manager. They will be in touch with you soon." The restaurant will be able to see their reviews through their Orderbyte account (soon with photos included).

Negative reviews can't be shared by customers on other online platforms through us.

Positive Reviews

If a customer selects 4 to 5 stars, they will be shown the same prompts to evaluation a specific category ("Food", "Service" or "App") and leave a comment if they wish.

If a customer leaves a 4 or 5 star rating, they will be shown a window to share their review on the restaurant's Yelp or Google pages. If the rating is anything below, the customers are not shown this option.

After the review is submitted, the "LEAVE YOU REVIEW" button disappears.

Restaurant settings view

To see all reviews, go to the "Restaurant" tab and select "Reviews".

You can see order number (click on any to see further details), restaurant name, date and time, rating, the specific category evaluated, customer comments, and their name.
