1. Available methods

First, select the available order fulfillment methods for your restaurants.

Pickup - enable to allow customers to collect their orders from the restaurant address.

Own delivery drivers - enable to use your own drivers for delivery. (settings coming soon)

Delivery service providers (DSP) - enable to access and use Orderbyte's wide delivery partner network for order fulfillment at best prices.

Also, add instructions for finding your restaurant, whether for the delivery driver or customer.

2. Delivery zones for delivery service providers (DSPs)

Here you will find the zones and cost-per-zone for delivery via delivery service providers (DSPs)*.

*Additional rules may apply.

Min. order price (optional) - please let us know if you want set the minimum amount a customer must order to place an order for delivery in a particular zone.

Delivery dispatch - how does it work?

Note!

By default, the order prep time for all zones is set to 15 minutes. This time can be changed by the restaurant. Let us know if you want to change the prep time settings.

Delivery time by default is set to 15 minutes for Zone A, 20 minutes for Zone B, and 25 minutes for Zone C.
