You can pause your online ordering operations at any time

Cancellation of orders negatively affects customer loyalty. Try to avoid cancellations, and do not forget to put menu items on pause, if the kitchen cannot prepare it, increase the prep time (see Menu Management) or if necessary, you can Pause online orders, using the button in the upper right corner.
