This dashboard in the 'Active orders' section is your single interface to manage all your online orders.

Daily operations summary

Current orders, Daily orders, Daily sales, 86 items unavailable, Average order price, Canceled orders. All visible in one place.

Active orders

The receipt of a new order is accompanied by a continuous sound notification and a new order card in the dashboard that contains the following information:

Order ID

Date and time

Prep. timer (by default 15 minutes)

Type of order - Delivery or Pickup

Delivery service information: assignment or arriving status, driver's name and contact

Customer information: name, contact number, address, comments

Order status

Order information Ordered items, number of cutlery

Checkout summary: subtotal, discounts, tax, delivery fee, total amount
